Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you must open a returns request via email with the order number and reason for your return. Send your request to returns@tjlighting.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please note, you are liable for the outward and return delivery costs, we recommend the return is sent back via a trackable service.

Once received, a refund for the item(s) will be actioned minus;

• any re-stocking fees that may apply
• any consumable products that have been opened/used

For missing parts or damaged orders, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
